Refund Policy

Business-to-Business Services Only
ZingBot services are designed exclusively for business and professional use. By purchasing or subscribing to ZingBot, you represent and warrant that:
- You are acting in a business or professional capacity
- You are not a consumer as defined under any applicable consumer protection laws
- Your purchase is made for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household use
All transactions with ZingBot are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. As such, consumer protection laws and consumer refund rights do not apply to purchases made through our platform.
Consumer Refund Rights
Notwithstanding the above, if you are recognised as a consumer under applicable law (including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive or equivalent national legislation), you are entitled to a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at support@zingbot.de within 14 days of your purchase. Upon receipt of a valid refund request, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please note that this consumer refund right does not apply if you have already commenced use of the Services during the 14-day period and expressly consented to waive your right of withdrawal.
No Refunds Policy (Business Customers)
For business customers, all payments made to ZingBot are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
- One-time purchases
- Setup or onboarding fees
- Any other charges associated with your use of the Services
Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the Services
- Dissatisfaction with the Services
- Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Third-party platform (including XING) restrictions or account issues
- Business closure or change in business needs
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to the Services until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds or pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused time
- No refunds will be issued for the current or any previous billing periods
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Any payment disputes should be directed to our support team at support@zingbot.de.
Acknowledgment
By making a purchase or subscribing to ZingBot, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy
- If you are acting in a business capacity, you agree that all payments are non-refundable
- If you are a consumer under applicable law, you are entitled to the 14-day refund period as described above
